LIZZ WINSTEAD is the co-creator and former head writer of THE DAILY SHOW and co-founder of AIR AMERICA RADIO. Recently, Lizz wrote and produced an independent pilot of her Off-Broadway hit, WAKE UP WORLD, a scathing satire about Morning chat shows that Rachel Maddow called, "The funniest thing I have seen in years." Known as one of the top political satirists in America, her talents as a comedian and media visionary have been recognized by The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Entertainment Weekly's most Creative People issue. She is currently touring the country, doing weekly segments on The Joy Behar Show and MSNBC's The Ed Show, and working on a book of essays for Riverhead Press.
BEN LILLIE is a high-energy particle physicist who left the ivory tower for the wilds of New York's theater district. He is co-founder and director of THE STORY COLLIDER, where people are invited to share their stories of how science has affected their lives. He is also a MOTH STORYSLAM champion, writes for TED.COM, and likes to say that life is different now, largely because it is.
