The How I Learned Series features writers, storytellers, comedians, and other raconteurs holding forth on a different theme. It all happens every last Wednesday of the month, and sometimes more than that, which basically means you will have the best night of your life on those nights, repeatedly.

This is gonna be just like detention, but at night and with beer and cocktails and no one to tell us what to do. So not really that much like detention, I guess.

Originally trained at Juilliard and NYU Theatre programs as a stage actor, Jeffrey has acted in plays in NYC and Los Angeles. SANDI MARX is a former talent agent who has won four Moth story slams and can be heard performing for the RISK! podcast, as well as David Crabb's latest podcast for Audible, Stories in Session. Sandi is married with three grown kids, none of whom are immune to her stories.
